How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

In the “Payments” tab (accessible from the learning portal’s navigation menu), click the “Manage my Membership” button. If your membership is not currently within a minimum 12-month term (this applies to monthly memberships only), you can cancel your membership by clicking the “I want to cancel my membership” link – and following the cancellation steps.

If you are currently within a minimum term, you will need to contact our team via email (help@mentalhealthacademy.com.au) to request cancellation of your account. Note that cancellation penalties equivalent to the remaining months in your minimum term will apply.
