What happens if I cancel my monthly membership within the minimum term?

The total cost of a monthly membership equals the full 12-month minimum term. If you cancel during this term, a cancellation fee equal to the remaining unpaid months will apply.

Example: Cancelling three months before the end of the term results in a fee equal to three monthly payments. This fee is automatically charged to your registered credit card. For this reason, we recommend scheduling your cancellation upon the expiry of your 12-month term if you wish to discontinue your membership before the conclusion of your term.
