I received an email about a failed payment. What should I do?
Log in to your learning portal and check that your payment details are current via the “Payments” tab.
Declines may occur due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or bank authorisation issues. The system will attempt to reprocess the payment several times. If issues persist, you will be notified.
Tip: To update your credit card, go to the “Payments” tab and click “Edit” under “Payment Method.” Update your details and ensure you save changes before exiting.
