What happens if my account access is temporarily suspended?

When your account is suspended, you can still access login to your learning portal, update your details, and use some of your membership tools. However, course content will be unavailable until your overdue payment is processed and approved. To renew your access, simply click the renewal button located at the top right of your learning portal and follow the prompt instructions.
