Memberships: New memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds apply only to first-time registrations (not renewals).

Credential Courses: Credential courses include a conditional 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are available within 14 days of enrolment and before completing the first module’s assessments.
