How do I download my CPD/OPD Certificates?

After completing a course, you can download a copy of your Certificate at any time via the “Course Certificate” tab (accessible from the learning portal’s navigation menu). If you have completed a credential course, you can also access your MHA Digital Badge via the “Credential Badges” tab.


If you are looking for CPD certificates for MHA live events (including Summits and Masterclasses), please access the relevant event portal. You can find this via:


  • The email communications sent to you after registering; and/or
  • The “Live Events” page (the event will appear there if the email used to register matches your MHA login email).
