My Certificate won’t download or open. What should I do?

If your certificate isn’t opening correctly, the issue is usually device or browser related:

1. Try downloading the certificate again in a different browser.
2. Ensure your PDF viewer is up to date.
3. Try opening the file on a desktop device.
4. If the file appears blank, re-download it.
