A page keeps loading or won’t fully display. What should I do?
If a page won’t load properly, a quick reset of your browser session usually resolves it:
- Refresh the page.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Try incognito/private mode.
- Temporarily disable VPNs or corporate proxies (if applicable).
- Try accessing the portal from a different device or network.
