Events I’ve previously attended aren’t appearing in my Live Events page

There are two common reasons this may occur:

  1. Email address mismatch. The email address used to register for the event is different from the email linked to your MHA account. Only events registered with the same email address as your account will automatically sync to your learning portal.
  2. Event delivered prior to 2022. Only events hosted from 2022 onwards are synced to the learning portal. Earlier events will not appear in your Live Events page.

If neither of the above applies and your event is still missing, please contact our team at help@mentalhealthacademy.com.au and we will investigate further.
