How do I deactivate a seat for a staff member who is leaving or has left our organisation?

Go to the “Users” section in the portal and search for the user by name or email address. Then click the “Details” button located under “Actions” in the user table to go to the individual user’s profile page.


From there, click the “Deactivate user” button to remove their access.


Note: When deactivating a user, you can either schedule their cancellation or cancel their access immediately. If a user is leaving your organisation on a specific date, the scheduling function may be best. If you need to free the user’s seat straight away, for example to add another user, the “Cancel Immediately” option is most suitable.
