Can I download a report that summarises the learning progress of staff members in my organisation?

Yes. Go to the “Users” section in the portal and click the “Download Report” button.

This will prompt the system to download a CSV file containing each staff member’s name, status, join date, last activity date, hours of learning accrued, and courses completed.
