Can I download a report that shows the full learning history across my organisation?

Yes. Go to the “Learning History” section of the portal. This section shows all course-related activity for your organisation, including enrolments and completions.

You can use the filters to narrow down your search, including viewing data for specific timeframes, staff members, or teams.

Click the “Download Report” button to download a CSV file with course data, including title, format, date of enrolment, status, date of completion, hours accrued, and staff member’s name.
