What is the difference between active and inactive users?

Active users are employees who currently have access to Mental Health Academy because they have been allocated an organisational seat.

Inactive users are users who no longer occupy a seat. This typically applies to employees who have left an organisation, although their historical data remains available through the organisation’s reports.
