What is your refund policy?
There are specific refund conditions for MHA Memberships and Credential Course enrolments:
Memberships
Mental Health Academy membership registration includes a 30-day money back guarantee. Members who first join MHA may request cancellation and a full refund of monies paid within 30 days of joining. The 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to new membership registrations (existing membership renewals are excluded). Requests are to be made by emailing help@mentalhealthacademy.com.au. Requests for cancellation of Mental Health Academy membership outside of the 30-day guarantee period are processed in accord with the terms stated in the “Cancellation of Membership” section above.
This policy applies irrespective of whether or not you have logged on to your member dashboard and utilised membership resources. Refunds may be provided in special circumstances in accord with relevant consumer law.
Credential Courses
Mental Health Academy Credential Course enrolment includes a conditional 14-day money back guarantee. Members who enrol in an MHA Credential Course may request cancellation and a full refund of monies paid within 14 days of the initial enrolment and before completion of the first module in their course (participants who have successfully completed all assessments in the first module of their course will no longer be eligible for a refund).
To cancel your enrolment in an MHA Credential Course you are required to submit a request by email to help@mentalhealthacademy.com.au. The outcome of failing to carry out a cancellation request as outlined above (e.g. emailing the wrong email address) is solely the participant’s responsibility.
