What happens if I cancel my monthly membership within the minimum term?

The total cost of a monthly membership equals the full minimum term (12 months). Cancellations during this initial term incur a fee equal to the remaining unpaid months.

Example: Cancelling three months before the end of the term results in a cancellation fee equal to three monthly payments. This fee is automatically charged to the registered credit card when the cancellation is processed.

After completing the minimum 12-month term, your membership renews month-on-month, giving you flexibility and the option of cancellation any time. Annual memberships (paid upfront) do not include minimum terms (they renew annually).
